All program fees are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Students may request to reschedule their enrollment to a future class session if a written request is submitted and approved by the company at least 7 Business days prior to the scheduled start date.

Rescheduling requests made after 7 business days of the start date or once the program has begun will not be honored. Fees cannot be transferred once the course is in progress. By enrolling, students acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

Program Requirements

To enroll, students must:

  • Be at least 16 years old.

  • Complete an FBI and BCI background check (Code: 4723 09 | Reason: “Entering Nursing”).

  • Provide proof of a negative TB screening (2-step PPD, QuantiFERON Gold, or Chest X-ray if required) before clinicals.

  • Present a Social Security card and a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Permit, CCW, etc.) on the first day of class and again for state testing.

  • Wear provided scrubs during clinical rotations and skills labs (casual attire is permitted only in the classroom).

  • Maintain strict attendance per Ohio Department of Health rules.

    • Missing class, lab(s), or clinicals will result in incomplete training.

    • Students may reschedule one day only, with prior approval and payment of a make-up fee.

  • Have access to a laptop, tablet or supported cellular device for online learning materials.

  • Be physically able to:

    • Lift up to 50 lbs.

    • Bend, stoop, carry, and lift overhead without limitations.

  • Casts, crutches, canes, leg braces, walkers, or scooters not permitted during labs or clinicals.

Hybrid Class Structure

  • Total Hours: 75 (State Required Classroom + Clinical)

  • Duration: 10–12 days (varies by schedule)

      • 4 In Person day

      • 4 Hybrid Days

      • 2, 8-Hour Clinicals (Sat/Sun)

    • Evening (4PM start time)

Class Size: Limited to 10 students maximum per state regulations. Classes fill fast!
